  1. Reset the camera. After resetting the camera, the camera’s password will change back to the default: admin 
  2. Is there a cable with a reset button that can be pressed? If so, please long press the reset button for 8 seconds to reset the camera.
  3. Change the password on HiP2P Client. Parameter settings → Select the camera → Login info → Modify password (When you still remember the original password)
  1. Reset the camera. Check that the camera is performing its self-test rotation properly after reset.
  2. Check that the PTZ function can still be used properly within the app to control the rotation of the camera.
  3. Check that the Intelligent Tracking feature is turned on properly. You can try turning it off and on again.
  1. Unplug the power adapter and plug it back in/ Reset the camera to see if the camera has a self-check rotation? 
  2. Try another normal power adapter (same specification).
① If the camera powers on after replacing it with another power adapter (same specification), then the original power adapter is indeed defective.
② If the camera still does not power on, there is a problem with the camera.
  1. Re-plug the camera and reset the camera, observe if the camera has self-test rotation.
  2. Try replacing the power adapter with another one that is working properly.
  3. If the above methods do not work, please contact online support.

Please also make sure that you have activated “2-step Verification” for all your Gmail emails. Some mailboxes require additional security settings, such as Gmail messages, you need to log in to your google account, open to allow less secure apps in “Sign-in & security” page.
Click on the“+”sign in the upper right corner ->select “4G camera” ->scan the camera QR code (if it is not convenient to scan, click skip to manually enter the camera UID) ->enter the camera password (do not change the username)
