For Jennov customers who request a warranty, return or exchange:
Jennov wants you to be thrilled with our products. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and need to return or exchange them, we are here to help.


    It begins the day you receive your product.

    1. The product is either beyond the warranty period or has been damaged due to human actions.
    2. Pending, Cancel and Refund orders in Amazon/eBay store are not covered by the warranty.
