  2.  Click on “Support”;
  3.  Click on “Billing & Subscription”;
  4.  Click “Request a refund”;

1. Is the video saved in “Events” list after motion detection is triggered? Even if you didn’t receive the alarm notification.
2. Ensure that the push function for alarm notifications is enabled in the app. (Premise: Motion Detection Alert has been turned on and the message push & motion detection period is set to all day)
3. Ensure that the phone has granted the app permission for message notifications. “Me”–“System authority settings”–Turn on”Notification permission”.
4. When none of the above methods work, please provide the Eseecloud account and password with the online support.

1.  Settings–Recording setting–Turn on the Record Sound
2. Delete the device on the app and then add the device again.
3. If none of the above methods tried work, then provide the device ID with online support for further assistance.

1. Please first reset the camera and add it again.

2. Turn off the motion detection and motion tracking.

3. Then set the preset position 1. (Preset position “1” is the home position that the camera will return to after auto-tracking)

4. Finally, turn on motion detection and motion tracking.

Reset the camera and add it again to the app.

Sorry, our camera’s Onvif protocol does not support this feature for now.

1. The single camera needs to be added and connected to the EseeCloud app first
2. Connect the NVR to WiFi using a network cable, or use wireless addition to connect the NVR to WiFi.
3. Then use “Onvif” on NVR to search and add cameras.
Note: The WiFi connected to the camera must be the same as the WiFi connected to the NVR.
