  1. Check that the camera is properly powered up.
① Cover the light sensor to see whether red light appears.
② Whether the indicator light of the network cable will blink.

  1. If the camera powers up normally, then the camera and router are not on the same LAN.
① Please confirm their router’s IP address and gateway IP address. Check if the camera and router are in the same IP address segment.
② Download the software through the link we provided to modify the IP address and gateway of the camera.

③ If the gateway IP address is 192.168.64.1. Please change the camera’s IP address to 192.168.64.xxx on the software and Gateway change to 192.168.64.1 (Each customer’s router IP address and gateway is different, the picture is for reference only)
④ Remember to re-search to see if the camera’s IP has been successfully changed after the modification. After that go back to VMS and delete the old device and search again.

How to upgrade the camera:
① Download the upgrade file we shared.
② Enter the camera IP address into the browser and enter the browser to configure the camera.
Username: admin
Password: admin123
③ Config–System Config–System Tool–Upgrade
  1. Connect the camera and router with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the camera.
  3. Add the camera to the app based on the following video.
  1. Ensure that the camera can be searched by VMS normally and its status is online.
  2. Enter the webpage to configure the camera.
