Generally, it takes about 5 hours to charge. However, because there is still some battery left before our camera is shipped, the specific time required will vary depending on the remaining battery of the camera. If the customer is charging while using it, the charging time is uncertain because it varies depending on each customer’s power consumption.
This depends on the usage of each customer, such as the daily wake-up time of the camera. If the camera wakes up for a short period of time every day, the traffic can be used for a long time, but if the surrounding environment causes the camera to be frequently woken up, the average daily traffic consumed by the camera will increase.
Our cameras support the network standard LTE-FDD: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20.
You need to ask your SIM card operator if it is compatible with any of LTE-FDD: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20.
If it is compatible with one of the network standards, it is compatible with the camera. However, we recommend that you use our included SIM card as it has better compatibility with the camera. Also, it will be more favorable when purchasing cellular data.
